Description

Product Options

Choose a one-time use stencil if you want to paint your design onto your project surface (you can use a variety of decorative mediums such as chalk marker, gel stains, or glass etching cream with these stencils as well).

Choose a decal if you are decorating glass or a mirror or if you simply want something less permanent. Decals will work on sanded wood as long as the paint or stain is fully cured.

Step-by-step application instructions are included with every order, along with tips for specific stencil projects.

Size

Sizes indicate the width of the word “welcome” and do not include the extended swashes on the “w” and the “e” as these are meant to flow off the edges of your sign.

Actual sizes with extended swashes:
– The 20 inch is 35 inches with swashes
– The 25 inch is 43 inches with swashes
– The 30 inch is 51 inches with swashes

If you are unsure of the size you need, please contact us with your project measurements–we are happy to create a scaled mock-up for you.

Processing Time

We strive to get your design out as quickly as possible. A member of our team will contact you via the email provided on your order within 24-48 hours with a proof of your design based on the personalization details you provide. Total processing time is generally 3 business days.

Shipping

$3.95 Standard Shipping through USPS–FREE with a $35+ order.  Upgraded shipping options are available, however, choosing them does not expedite processing times. If you need something quickly, please contact us to check our current processing times.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be sent by 10 pm (PST) on the day the order is placed. Once an order is in the personalization process, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of DIY Design Company stencils, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to measure your project space carefully before ordering. If you have any questions or concerns about what size to order or how our vinyl products work, please send us a message prior to placing your order—we will be more than happy to help make sure you get exactly what you need!

We understand with all the variables that go into a DIY project, sometimes things don’t work out quite as planned. We will work with you to determine the cause of the problem and send a discounted replacement if necessary

    Shipped quickly. Stencil had a few wrinkles that were tough to work out due to shipping rolled up, but we were able to touch up the sign and it looks fine. Directions were very helpful. Looking forward to using on my wedding day.

    Sign was perfect and easy to paint over for a welcome sign. Only complaint is some of the "holes" in the L and 0 in the date weren't cut out and needed to use an exacto knife
